Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (2 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • handful of mini dark chocolate chips
  • mini PB cups (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix together peanut butter, honey, and collagen peptides.
  • Next, add in crushed graham cracker sheets and mini dark chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
  • Lastly, add 1 mini pb cup to each protein bite.
  • Scoop into tablespoon sized bites.
  • Enjoy!

This recipe makes 9-10, 1TBSP energy bites.
