Chocolate PB Banana Protein Shake


  • 1/2 cup frozen banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder


  • Blend all ingredients together and Enjoy!


Notes: This is a thicker shake. Feel free to add more liquid to make it less thick. Additional nutrient boost: add a handful of spinach (you won’t be able to taste it!)
