Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 frozen dragon fruit smoothie packet
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)


  • Slightly thaw dragon fruit smoothie packet under warm water until it is about ¼ thawed.
  • Add the packet to your blender.
  • Add frozen pineapple, frozen banana, protein powder, and milk.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
